Taking photos of 3 little boys is nearly impossible, but Connie made it fun and relaxing. It felt more like a family outing than a photo session. Connie gave our boys plenty of time and space to move around outdoors while she took photos. She gave us unique photos of our boys playing in a natural environment which we love so much more than formal portraits.

My mother has Alzheimers.  Her memories and vitality were slipping daily. Connie, with LunaLight Photography, captured moments in time when my Mom did know her family.Those moments and days are evaporating. Connie's easy-going personality made the process of working with my elderly parents and shy grandchildren a breeze. She easily coaxed our family members into some wonderful photographic moments. My family is notorious for closing eyes or some other uncomplimentary facial expression in our own photographs, but Connie mangaged to capture some very wonderful shots!  We have placed pictures from that day-generational shots-of grandparents, daughter, granddaughter and great grandchildren in my Mom's room at memory care.  She often picks them up and comments. She doesn't always remember who they are but knows they are important to her and she comments that they are "beautiful". I am truly grateful to Connie for all the extra effort she put into capturing some beautiful shots of all the family. I reflect back on that day often. As a result of this experience - I encourage others with family members with memory issues to call Connie and capture these precious moments with their loved ones.

Even if your family members do not have memory issues - the generational photographs are truly keepsakes for the family album.  Thank you Connie - for some truly beautiful memories.

My four children and I loved the several hours we spent with Connie as she guided us through a photo shoot at a forest recently. It had been many years since we had our photos taken together and so it was exciting and fun. Connie was masterful in her direction of us, mixing and changing locations and backgrounds. Connie is confident, professional, kind, funny and easily held the attention of a family of five to bring out their best. She has the gift. She really brought out our best! Thanks, Connie!!

As a single mother with (early) adult boys, I wanted to capture our relationships in a photo before they started taking off for other parts of their lives and the world (which they have both done now).  At the time I was also looking for a professional photo for my business.  Having met Connie in another circumstance all together, I knew a little about her, even if I didn't necessarily know her photography that well.

My professional photo shoot were amazing.  She was excellent catching ME in the photo, not a pose! The session with my boys was a lot of fun and we got to goof off a bit - I love those photos!  The photos of each of the boys individually, them together and all three of us together are more than just a picture - Connie managed to catch all the nuances of our relationships (and that's a good thing!).

If she still lived here, I would probably get her to do a totally new set of professional photos for me….  Connie? Do I have to come THERE? :) Maybe I could write it off on my taxes as a business expense!
